While Steven Amant founded the company in 1969, Kevin Amant joined it and was professionally trained for several weeks in 1996 at the N.T.C. (National Training Center) in Florida. He learned the skill of marble and stone restoration, cleaning, and protection.
In 1996, Kevin launched a division that offered stone and marble floor restoration, cleaning, and sealing. Due to the low competition, the services became popular quickly, and their existing customer base was a great source of jobs.
In 2005, the founder and Kevin’s father, Steven Amant, decided to retire and sell the company to his son. Kevin continues owning and managing the company today but does not do the technical work. He does his day managing his highly trained technicians’ scheduling and attracting new work by meeting with customers to prepare estimates.
The secret to their history and success is simple: they hire great people and take care of them, with some celebrating 30 years of service. Additionally, they provide them with the best equipment on the market, and the entire staff understands that customer satisfaction is the most critical result.
